Abstract
"speciesCovariates.cv" includes all species-level traits. "plotCovariates.csv" includes all plot-level environmental variables. "massLossTyson2009-2016.csv" includes all mass loss measurements (M), times at harvest (Yr), species codes (Species), plot IDs (Plot), deployment year (Expt 1 = 2009, 2 = 2011) and early harvest (secondaryHarvest2014 = "TRUE"). "cwdData.csv" includes Coarse woody debris species (Species), vertical position (TYP), Suspension (SUSP), Decay Class (DC), based diameter in cm (Diameter), estimated Mean Annual Temperature in degrees C (baseMAT), Weibull residence time (w.res), Negative Exponential residence time (k.res), first year only residence time (y1.res) and fifth year only residence time (y5.res). "modelCode.txt" includes rjags code for implementing the Weibull and Negative Exponential models.
